Equipment Provided

I provide everything needed for residential & offices except the garbage bags.
Payment
-
Payment is due at the time of the clean. Cash/Check accepted, credit cards also excepted but there is a 3% convenience fee.

Other forms of payment are accepted but might be subject to convenience fees are Zelle, Cash App, and other forms of direct deposit applications
Insurance
-
I hold an insurance policy to protect against any damage.
Contracts
-
There are no contracts.
Cancellation
-
You MUST provide 24-hour notice for all cancellations. If not, a $25 cancellation fee will be added to your next cleaning service.
Schedule
-
Regular weekly and bi-weekly clients have priority over the schedule. Monthly, special, or one-time clients might require a schedule change to accommodate more frequent clients. I will offer other days we can come to work with you.
Sickness

If any family member is sick with the stomach bug, lice, flu, strep throat, or any contagious disease that is easily transferred to another, we will need to reschedule your clean. If you need to cancel within the 24-hour window you will not have the fee added to your next cleaning. We do require a re-schedule in order to keep the cancellation fee removed.
Critters

If the home contains bed bugs, fleas, cockroaches, or any other critter that can be a public health issue will need to reschedule after they have been removed from the home.
Body Fluids

Besides the occasional “forgot to lift the toilet seat” We do not clean up body fluids due to the possibility of contagious diseases.
Chimneys
-
We will clean the face of the chimney but we are not certified chimney sweepers. We can make recommendations for local companies.
Hazardous Materials
-
Any volatile items such as gasoline, diesel, oil, paint, pool cleaners, or any harsh chemicals that require special disposing, we are unable to clean. We can recommend a specialist that is able to handle that type of cleaning.
